We’re all back in the swing of things and you may well be wondering how to be in action of creating what you want for yourself this year.
So the BIG Q: What is the biggest challenge you are facing right now in your business life? One you would do anything to solve?
It can be both exciting and daunting at the start of what may feel like a great big open canvas. Exciting if you are playing from a place of personal power and an inner knowingness that you are on the right track. And disconcerting, perhaps even exhausting if you are not.
This last week I have had a number of messages from leaders who are feeling the latter and want to take action, and there are a few common threads:
For some there is a strong recognition that they are stagnating and they have no idea ‘what’ or ‘how’ to shift and change. For others, it is a sense that they are being overlooked, that they are not valued and are having little impact. Or they feel disconnected to their purpose and passion in business – it just feels like another exhausting ‘nose to the grindstone’ year coming up. Which is a daunting way to start a new year.
