A career built on leadership, insight and transformational growth.

I founded Mowbray by Design in London in 2005, and since then have worked with leaders at the dynamic intersection of leadership, transformation, technology, innovation and purpose-led business.


I'm a Conscious Leadership Coach (ICF), Natural Foresight® Practitioner (TFSX) and a behavioural science practitioner (Lumina Learning). 


In 2024, I published 'Relevant: Future-Focused Leadership' after co-authoring 'Uncertainty: Making Sense of the World for Better, Bolder Outcomes'.

I'm also a keynote speaker and a regular guest on podcasts, panel discussions and at live events. 


In earlier career chapters, I worked for listed organisations in the investment banking, technology and executive search sectors, co-founded and led an executive search firm, and served as MD MENA for a British luxury lifestyle company.


Having lived on three continents and worked with clients around the world, I bring a broad perspective to every engagement.
