Five Steps To Happiness at Work – from Dr Happy

Greater GoodI thought I would share Timothy Sharp’s article in The Greater Good, The Science of a Meaningful Life, University of California, Berkeley.  Sharp, the Australian Positive Psychologist, otherwise known as “Dr Happy” asked a simple question “What do you consider to be the top three contributors to happiness at work?”  His finding were:

  1. Provide leadership and values
  2. Communicate clearly and effectively
  3. Give thanks
  4. Focus on strengths
  5. Have fun
