I thought I would share Timothy Sharp’s article in The Greater Good, The Science of a Meaningful Life, University of California, Berkeley. Sharp, the Australian Positive Psychologist, otherwise known as “Dr Happy” asked a simple question “What do you consider to be the top three contributors to happiness at work?” His finding were:
- Provide leadership and values
- Communicate clearly and effectively
- Give thanks
- Focus on strengths
- Have fun
