Nicole is an Organisational Psychologist and entrepreneur with over 25 years international experience enabling organisations to achieve greater results by igniting and leveraging their people. She is a Director of Lumina Learning Global and a Founding Partner of The Growth Project UK.
She is passionate about making a difference in this world, helping people and organisations to "wake up", personified by the words of Viktor E. Frankl, which she lives by: "Between stimulus and response there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and our freedom."
