“Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows how “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.”

I just had to share this brilliant TED talk by Amy Cuddy.  I have often used this myself and with clients to shift how we feel before a critical meeting, presentation, interview or speech.  It really has a powerful impact.  It takes us from “Inside-Out to Outside-In” thinking and feeling.

We have long believed we need to change how we think in order to feel differently.  Amy shows you how you can change your brain chemistry – and ultimately how you feel by using the very simple technique of changing your body language.

And another inspiring video to get you thinking – “You see the world through how you feel“.

Well worth a shot 🙂
