Mowbray by Design is led by the experienced coach, consultant and speaker, Louise Mowbray, who is also the Founder of PIPBA - the Personal & Professional Impact and Personal Branding Association. Louise is regularly quoted in the press, runs a blog for t5m.com, and is the author of Personal Branding - The Competitive Edge.

Louise's career started in the corporate world where she focused on selling services and solutions in finance and later technology for the likes of Dunn & Bradstreet and The Financial Times Group. She then moved into retained headhunting for TMP Worldwide before founding Venture Partnership Ltd, a London based Executive Search firm, at the rise of the new economy. Here she worked closely with the venture capital market in all areas of Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, Strategic Human Capital Development and Organisational Development.

Louise then lived in the Middle East where she was Managing Director for Quintessentially, the British members-only global concierge club. On returning to London in 2005 she set up Mowbray by Design, and in 2009, she founded PIPBA. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Registered Affiliate Member of The Federation of Image Consultants (TFIC).
